Tivoli Hotel, 4* The recently refurbished Tropicana Tivoli Hotel (We have many happy memories of this hotel from 1996 onwards) is situated in Ras Om El Sid, 1km from Sharm El Sheikh's centre. There is a smaller beach near the hotel with a beatiful stretch of coral reef, hence skorkelling or diving is strongly recommended. Tropicana Tivoli is a smaller hotel, whose architecture is a combination of classic and modern styles. For entertainment, guests can use a free shuttle service to Na'ama Bay.
Maritim Jolie Ville 5* The Jollie Ville (formely the Movenpick) is well positioned directly in the centre of Naama Bay, you can find relaxed seclusion around the large swimming pool. The hotel facilities are of a high standard and the good sized guest rooms are tastefully furnished and provide modern air-conditioning, private bathroom and satellite television. Enjoy breakfast on the beach.
The Diving No minimum diving certification required.
The Diving takes place from spacious dive boats. We make two dives per day and spend time between dives, cruising the Red Sea coast, sunbathing, eating, drinking and Dolphin spotting. (The days on the boat are also extremely popular with snorkellers & non-divers, lunch is buffet style.) During the first two days, we visit dive sites such as Temple and the Gardens, perfect sites for completion of the Open Water qualifying dives or to regain confidence after a few months out of the water. During the remainder of the week, we visit the world famous dive sites such as Tiran and Ras Mohammed, one of the seven natural wonders of the world, here you can drift through vast shoals of fish ending up on the wreck of the Yolanda, this is truly world class diving.
